Our role is to be the church

In Matthew 28 Jesus gave us the great commission to make disciples. We believe this is important.

Short Term Missions

During the course of the year multiple members of our community participate in various short term missions trips all across the globe. The House is proud to support and endorse the members of our community who follow the Lord in the call to missions. Talk to us today if something is being stirred in your heart.

The Armitages

Sheldon and Anna Armitage have served in Europe since 2002. They currently live in Bratislava, Slovakia with their three young girls. They pastor the international congregation in this city. Sheldon also serves as Assistant Regional Director for Eurasia Now. This role helps him to live out his vision to help others accomplish great things. In addition, he also teaches at the national Bible College (Gateway College) in Nitra, Slovakia where he is training and preparing a new generation of spiritual leaders. Sheldon and Anna are members of the Core Team for the European Freedom Network, an anti trafficking and sexual exploitation network.

Sheldon and Anna love seeing people discover their God given potential. They believe the Kingdom of God can be revealed in Europe once again.

The van Breevoorts

Jonathan and Kirsten van Breevoort are training to become the Facilities Managers of Pamoja Ministries in Tanzania.  They are currently serving in Tanzania and are involved in the construction and maintenance of the base.

When they return to Canada, they will work on the skills needed that were not as strong as they want them to be when they were on base.  Ideally, by the time Jonathan and Kirsten go full time they will know the language, have an understanding of the culture, and be able to do their job well.
