ministry personnel reference check
We have received an application for someone in our community who is interested in our child/youth ministries. They have indicated on their application that you might be willing to act as a personal reference. We have a program in our church called Plan to Protect which is designed to protect our children and youth, as well as our volunteers. We do a reference check on all of our volunteers working in our ministries. Your response will remain confidential. Thank you for your honest recommendation.
